All runners will be requested to provide a copy of their health insurance information to race management.  This information, along with race entry information will be used in the rare case that emergency or medical care is required. At the time of emergency situations, race personnel will attempt to assist the participant with all means possible.  This will include assisting emergency personnel with basic personal information and insurance information.  Upon completion of the event, this information will be properly destroyed or returned to the participant.
