Violation of any of the rules or regulations of the Zane Grey Highline trail 50 will not be tolerated.  Most of the time simple awareness to a participant that they have violated a rule will allow the participant to correct their mistake.  Please try to resolve any disputes while on the course.  If resolution on the course does not occur, please follow these guidelines:

1. Report the alleged violation to the participant, please try to resolve the issue prior to further action.
2. If unresolved, report the alleged violation with the runner's name and number to the next available aid station captain and/or the Race Management appropriately after completion of the run
3. Both parties will be invited to discuss the complaint with the Race Director prior to a decision about whether to withhold the alleged violator’s award will be rendered.
4. The decision of the Race Director is final.
